Certified Home Inspections of Northern Indiana LLC is a locally owned, multi-inspector firm serving the Michiana area. Our home inspectors are licensed in the state of Indiana, E&O insured, and regularly attend continuing education courses. We do this as a part of our commitment to provide the most thorough home inspection possible. We employ office staff to support clients and realtors with administrative needs such as scheduling appointments and issuing reports. It is our pleasure to serve you!

John Hatfield, General Manager/Owner

- Home Inspector Licensing Board Member, State of Indiana – appointed by Governor Mitch Daniels 2010 to present
- A member in good standing of the National Association of Home Inspectors and board member for the Indiana Chapter of NAHI
- 21 years experience in residential heating and air conditioning including plumbing and electrical as well as new construction
- Member of the South Bend/Mishawaka Board of Realtors & the Elkhart County Board of Realtors
- John is also a state licensed Radon Measurement Technician and Wood Destroying Insect Inspector
Dawn Coffee, Business Manager/Owner
Dawn oversees office operations, marketing, and innovation.She and co-owner John founded Certified Home Inspections 11 years ago. She loves business and loves real estate even more.
