Your home inspection will take approximately 2 - 3 hours.
It is a full structural and mechanical inspection of
the home and time is allotted to go over operation and
maintenance of mechanical items as well as answering
questions. This is a learning session for you,
therefore we encourage you to attend the inspection to
get the most out of our services!
Payment for inspection services are due at the time of
inspection and can be paid for by check, money order, cash or credit card.
If you are paying by credit card, please inform the
office ahead of time so we may send you instructions
for paying online.
Reports: Your home inspection will be available online
to view or print the day following your inspection
appointment.
Warranty: Your home inspection includes a
FREE 90-Day Warranty!
You will be given a copy of this warranty at the time
of inspection and it will also be attached to your
home inspection report.
