Whole House Inspections
Usually part of a real-estate transaction when the buyer of a home orders a home inspection to familiarize themselves with their new home before they buy it. Also aids in pinpointing possible problems in the home. Free 90 Day Warranty included with all whole house inspections!
Pre-listing Inspections
Done by homeowners before putting their house on the market to sell. Again, the inspector helps the owners to see areas that could possibly detract from the value of their home, and it allows them to fix them before the house is listed. Free 120 Day Warranty included with all pre-listing inspections!
Individual Inspections
Individual inspections are for a problem area in the home. Example: Water is coming into the house from an unknown location every time it rains, and an inspector is called to come and inspect for water infiltration.
